Program Description
The PlumbTech Missed-Call Text-Back program is an automated SMS service operated by KAM SAI Systems. When you call a participating plumbing business and your call goes unanswered, our system automatically sends you a single text message to acknowledge the missed call and provide a way to reconnect.
This service is provided on behalf of independent plumbing businesses that subscribe to the PlumbTech platform. Messages are sent via Twilio's A2P 10DLC registered messaging infrastructure.
Eligibility
By calling a business that uses the PlumbTech service and receiving an automated text-back message, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. No prior enrollment or opt-in is required to receive a single missed-call acknowledgment message; however, continued interaction with the service is subject to these terms.
You must be a resident of the United States and the registered owner or authorized user of the mobile number receiving messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency: one (1) message per missed call event. You will receive a single automated response each time your call to a participating business goes unanswered. We do not send recurring marketing messages, promotional blasts, or subscription-based notifications.
Rates & Charges
Message and data rates may apply. The PlumbTech text-back service itself is provided at no charge to you as the call recipient. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard SMS and data rates for receiving or replying to messages.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies. KAM SAI Systems is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KAM SAI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the PlumbTech Missed-Call Text-Back service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
KAM SAI Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
