We collect only the information necessary to operate the PlumbTech Missed-Call Text-Back service:

• Phone numbers — captured automatically from incoming calls that go unanswered by a participating plumbing business.
• Call timestamp — the date and time the missed call occurred, used solely to trigger the automated text-back message.

How We Use It

Your phone number is used exclusively to send one (1) automated SMS text-back message in response to your missed call. The purpose of this message is to acknowledge the missed call and provide you with a way to reconnect with the plumbing business you tried to reach.

• We send a single automated response per missed call event.
• We do not use your phone number for marketing campaigns.
• We do not enroll you in any subscription or recurring messaging program.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your phone number or any personal information with third parties for their independent use.

We use Twilio as our SMS delivery infrastructure (A2P 10DLC registered campaign). Twilio acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering the message. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by the Twilio Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Phone numbers are used transiently for message delivery and are not stored indefinitely in unsecured systems.

Data Retention

We retain phone numbers only as long as necessary to deliver the automated text-back message and maintain records required for regulatory compliance with our Twilio A2P 10DLC campaign. Data is purged on a rolling basis consistent with SMS industry best practices.
